Path to Enlightenment

Everyone can find their inner peace. It’s a matter of looking and listening.

I found my peace by the help of a series of events. Some experiences that put everything into perspective and made me look in, instead of out.

I have studied personal development and buddhism for many years, as well as doing support in the field of life coaching. But one thing is to read about crises and other aspects of life, another thing is to experience it first hand.

Experience is not always the kindest of teachers, but it is surely the best, and my meeting with my teacher, really moved some mountains for me. It gave me insights I would not have had, was it not for these incidents, and for that I am very grateful.

Because of this, I have decided that this blog will be used to share my thoughts and teachings on different subjects.

The emphasis of this blog lies in the spiritual way of being. Finding the inner energy and courage to persue what we really want. Not letting doubts and expectations stand in our way of our dreams.

In this blog, I will write about different subjects:
Your path
Self love
State of mind
Releasing negative feelings
Spirituality & Science
Trying times, how to cope
You and your surroundings
Thoughts & Beliefs, Limiting or empowering

In every subject, I will give you a link to some quotes. These quotes have been made into wallpapers, that you can use on your computer as small reminders on how to reach your inner peace and your hopes for life.

Much of my working material is based on some of the worlds greatest life coaches.

I hope you will find my blog interesting and perhaps even get inspired to go for your dreams.

What is my path?

This question occupies lots of our time. Many people don’t know their path. And many people do, but don’t know how to walk it. This goes for both their professional and their private life.
